服務說明

Reelish 是一款 AI 語言學習服務，透過 Instagram 與 LINE 訊息平台提供。您可傳送 Instagram、YouTube Shorts、Facebook Reels 等平台的公開影片連結，本服務將自動轉錄音訊、翻譯字幕，並生成逐句練習、單字卡、填空練習及口說錄音功能。

資料收集

• 使用者識別 ID：由 Meta（Instagram）或 LINE 平台提供的匿名 ID，用於識別您的帳號（非姓名、非 Email）
• 影片連結：您傳送的影片網址（Instagram / YouTube / Facebook），用於擷取音訊或字幕進行處理
• 音訊資料：影片音訊暫時傳送至 Groq AI 進行語音轉文字，處理完成後不保留
• OG 預覽圖：本服務以品牌合成圖（Reelish 底圖 + 字幕文字疊加）產生連結預覽，不下載或儲存任何來自 Instagram 的縮圖
• 練習紀錄：您完成的練習類型、得分與時間
• 儲存清單：您主動儲存的句子與單字
• 翻譯校正：您對自動翻譯所做的手動修改

公開展示揭露

本服務有「熱門影片」（trending）公開頁面，可能展示以下資訊：

• 影片縮圖、標題、原始平台連結
• 該影片的處理次數（不顯示是哪些 user 處理的）

公開頁面不會展示：

• 您的個人身份（user ID、暱稱、頭像）
• 您的練習成績、錄音檔、個人化內容

個別練習頁面（/practice/{id}）為**公開可訪問**，但僅顯示影片字幕、翻譯與練習介面，不顯示提交者身份。

第三方服務

本服務使用以下第三方服務處理資料：

• Groq AI：音訊轉文字（Whisper）與 AI 文字分析（LLaMA）。音訊檔案於處理後不由 Groq 保留個人化資料，詳見 Groq 隱私政策
• Anthropic（Claude）：AI 翻譯與單字分析，資料依據 Anthropic 隱私政策處理
• Meta / Instagram：訊息接收與傳送，依據 Meta 隱私政策
• LINE：訊息接收與傳送，依據 LINE 隱私政策
• Supabase：練習紀錄雲端儲存，詳見 Supabase 隱私政策
• Railway：應用程式託管服務
• Webshare：網路代理服務（用於繞過影片平台 IP 風控）

我們不會將您的個人資料販售、出租或提供給任何第三方廣告商。

影片內容

本服務不永久儲存任何影片檔案。影片透過原始平台的 CDN 串流連結即時播放。音訊檔案僅在轉錄過程中暫存，完成後自動刪除。

資料保存期限

您的權利（含個資法 / GDPR 對應）

• 查閱權：查閱本服務保存的您的所有資料
• 刪除權：要求刪除您的所有資料（一般 7 個工作天內處理完成）
• 更正權：要求更正錯誤資料
• 停止使用權：隨時停止使用本服務
• 資料攜出權：申請資料的可攜出副本（CSV / JSON 格式）

如需行使以上權利，請透過 Instagram 傳送訊息給 @reelish.ai，或寄信至 reelish.ai@gmail.com。

未成年人保護

本服務不主動向 13 歲以下兒童提供服務。若您是 13 歲以下未成年人，請取得法定監護人同意後再使用。若我們得知 13 歲以下兒童在未經同意下提交資料，將立即刪除相關資料。

服務終止後的資料處理

若 Reelish 服務終止營運，我們將：

• 提前 30 天於 @reelish.ai 公告
• 提供 user 資料攜出視窗
• 到期後刪除所有 user 資料（不轉移給第三方）

條款同意

使用本服務（包括透過 Instagram 傳送訊息給 @reelish.ai），即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意本服務條款與隱私政策的全部內容。若您不同意，請停止使用本服務。

服務使用規範

• 本服務（含 Reelish+ 付費方案）為個人語言學習工具。您不得將本服務及其生成之學習素材（字幕、翻譯、單字解析、練習題）用於任何商業目的，亦不得重製、散布、轉售或公開傳輸予第三人。您透過付費方案取得的是工具之進階使用權（更多每日額度、長片支援等），非取得任何內容之著作權
• 免費方案每日影片處理量有上限，Reelish+ 訂閱方案享較高每日額度，實際額度以服務頁面公告為準
• 不得使用自動化程式或機器人大量傳送請求
• 不得傳送侵犯他人著作權、含有違法內容或具煽動性的影片
• 使用者需年滿 13 歲；未成年人須取得法定監護人同意

付費與訂閱（Reelish+）

• 訂閱內容：Reelish+ 為付費訂閱方案，提供較高每日影片額度、長片支援、練習內容延長保存（30 天）及優先體驗新功能，實際內容以服務頁面公告為準。
• 費用與扣款：訂閱費用為新台幣 69 元／月（創始會員價，未來可能調整；已訂閱者於持續訂閱期間維持原價）。費用透過第三方金流平台以信用卡按月自動扣款。
• 自動續扣：訂閱將於每期屆滿時自動續扣，直至您主動取消為止。您可隨時於金流平台之訂閱管理頁面自行取消；取消後當期不再續扣，已扣款之當期服務可使用至期末。
• 立即提供與鑑賞期：Reelish+ 為開通後即時提供之線上服務。您於訂閱時即同意服務立即開通，並了解依「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」第 2 條第 5 款規定，本服務屬「一經提供即為完成之線上服務」，不適用 7 日猶豫期間之解除權。
• 退費：退費事宜依本服務之退費政策辦理。
• 服務依附平台之風險：本服務透過 Instagram 平台提供。若因 Instagram 政策變動、帳號限制或不可抗力致服務全部或一部無法提供，本服務將以 Email 或其他可行方式通知，並就尚未提供之部分依退費政策按比例處理。

DMCA 著作權侵權通知與下架程序

本服務尊重著作權法。若您是著作權人或其授權代表，認為本服務上的內容侵犯了您的著作權，請依以下程序提出下架通知：

申訴信須包含：

• 您的姓名、聯絡地址、電話、email
• 侵權內容的具體位置（URL，例如 https://reelish-production.up.railway.app/practice/{id}）
• 原始受著作權保護作品的證明（如原始 IG 影片連結、創作者帳號）
• 您具有合法權利提出申訴的聲明
• 本人簽名（電子簽章亦可）

處理時程：我們將於收件後 48 小時內回應，並於確認申訴有效後 24 小時內下架相關內容。

本服務保留對重複侵權帳號採取封鎖措施的權利。

使用者內容授權與責任

您傳送給本服務的影片連結或內容，須符合以下條件，您使用本服務即表示聲明並保證：

• 您有合法權利傳送並處理所提交的影片內容，或該內容屬於公開可存取的範疇
• 您的使用行為符合原始內容平台（如 Instagram、YouTube 等）之服務條款
• 本服務作為技術工具，提供語言學習輔助功能；您對所提交內容的合法性負完全責任
• 若因您提交的內容涉及侵權或其他違法行為，所有法律責任由您自行承擔，本服務不負連帶責任

本服務對所提交影片進行的音訊轉錄，屬於《著作權法》第 22 條第 3 項所指之技術性暫時重製，處理完成後自動刪除，不作其他用途。

第三方平台條款遵守

本服務透過 Meta 官方 Messaging API 運作。使用本服務時，您同時須遵守：

• Instagram 使用條款
• 您所提交影片來源平台的服務條款（如 YouTube、TikTok 等）

本服務不鼓勵、不協助任何違反第三方平台條款的行為。

AI 生成內容

本服務使用 AI 自動生成字幕翻譯、單字解析及練習題，內容可能存在錯誤或不準確之處。請勿將本服務生成的翻譯或內容作為唯一的學習參考，建議搭配其他學習資源使用。

著作權與內容所有權

原始影片內容之著作權歸創作者所有，本服務不主張任何所有權。本服務生成的學習素材（字幕、翻譯、單字解析、練習題）供個人學習使用，不得重製或散布。

服務限制與免責聲明

• 本服務以「現狀」提供，不保證特定學習成效或服務不中斷
• AI 翻譯及分析結果僅供參考，不保證完全準確
• 我們保留隨時修改、暫停或終止服務的權利，並將盡力提前告知
• 除因本服務之故意或重大過失所致者外，本服務就因使用或無法使用本服務所生之損害賠償責任，以您當期已支付之訂閱費用為上限；本服務不就間接、附隨或衍生性損失負責

準據法與管轄

本服務條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋及執行。因本服務條款產生之任何爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

條款修改

我們保留修改本條款的權利。重大變更將透過 @reelish.ai Instagram 帳號公告，或在本頁面更新日期。繼續使用本服務即視為接受修改後的條款。

About Reelish

Reelish is an AI-powered language learning service delivered through Instagram and LINE messaging platforms. Send a public video link from Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook Reels, and Reelish will automatically transcribe audio, translate content, and generate sentence-by-sentence practice, flashcards, fill-in-the-blank, and speaking exercises.

Data We Collect

• User ID: An anonymous ID provided by Meta (Instagram) or LINE to identify your account (not your name or email)
• Video links: URLs you send (Instagram / YouTube / Facebook), used to extract audio or captions for processing
• Audio data: Temporarily sent to Groq AI for speech-to-text transcription; not retained after processing
• OG preview image: A branded composite image (text overlay on Reelish template) is generated for link previews — no Instagram thumbnails are downloaded or stored
• Practice records: Exercise types completed, scores, and timestamps
• Saved lists: Sentences and vocabulary you choose to save
• Translation corrections: Manual edits you make to AI-generated translations

Public Display Disclosure

Reelish has a public "trending" page that may display:

• Video thumbnails, titles, and original platform links
• Aggregated processing counts (without identifying which users)

The public page does not display:

• Your personal identity (user ID, nickname, avatar)
• Your practice scores, recordings, or personalized content

Individual practice pages (/practice/{id}) are publicly accessible, but only show video captions, translations, and practice UI — they do not display the submitter's identity.

Third-Party Services

Reelish uses the following third-party services to process data:

• Groq AI: Speech-to-text (Whisper) and AI text analysis (LLaMA). Audio is processed transiently and not retained for personalization. See Groq Privacy Policy
• Anthropic (Claude): AI translation and vocabulary analysis, processed under the Anthropic Privacy Policy
• Meta / Instagram: Message delivery and receipt, subject to Meta's Privacy Policy
• LINE: Message delivery and receipt, subject to LINE Privacy Policy
• Supabase: Cloud storage for practice results. See Supabase Privacy Policy
• Railway: Application hosting infrastructure
• Webshare: Network proxy service (used to bypass video platform IP restrictions)

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

Video Content

Reelish does not permanently store any video files. Videos are streamed via the original platform's CDN. Audio files are temporarily processed for transcription and automatically deleted upon completion.

Data Retention

Your Rights (Personal Data Protection Act / GDPR)

• Right to access: View all data we hold about you
• Right to deletion: Request deletion of all your data (typically processed within 7 business days)
• Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to opt-out: Stop using the service at any time
• Right to data portability: Request exportable copy of your data (CSV / JSON)

Children's Privacy

Reelish does not knowingly target children under 13. If you are under 13, please obtain consent from your legal guardian before use. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted data without consent, we will delete it immediately.

Service Discontinuation

If Reelish ceases operations, we will:

• Announce 30 days in advance via @reelish.ai
• Provide a data export window for users
• Delete all user data after the window expires (no transfer to third parties)

Agreement to Terms

By using Reelish (including sending messages to @reelish.ai on Instagram), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Acceptable Use

• Reelish (including the Reelish+ paid plan) is a personal language-learning tool. You may not use the service or the learning materials it generates (subtitles, translations, vocabulary, exercises) for any commercial purpose, nor reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly transmit them to third parties. A paid plan grants you upgraded access to the tool (higher daily quota, longer videos, etc.), not copyright over any content
• The free plan has a daily limit on video processing; Reelish+ subscribers enjoy a higher daily quota — actual limits are as announced on the service pages
• Do not use automated scripts or bots to send bulk requests
• Do not submit videos containing illegal content, hate speech, or content that infringes others' copyright
• Users must be at least 13 years old; minors require parental or guardian consent

Payment & Subscription (Reelish+)

• What's included: Reelish+ is a paid subscription offering a higher daily video quota, long-video support, extended content retention (30 days), and early access to new features; actual contents are as announced on the service pages.
• Fees & billing: The subscription is NT$69/month (founding-member price, subject to future change; existing subscribers keep this price while continuously subscribed). Fees are charged monthly to your credit card via a third-party payment provider.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription auto-renews at the end of each period until you cancel. You may cancel anytime via the payment provider's subscription page; after cancellation no further charges occur and the current paid period remains usable until it ends.
• Immediate provision & cooling-off: Reelish+ is an online service provided immediately upon activation. By subscribing you agree to immediate activation and acknowledge that, under Article 2(5) of Taiwan's "Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Consumer's Right of Rescission in Distance Sales," this service is an "online service completed upon provision" and is not subject to the 7-day cooling-off rescission right.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
• Platform-dependency risk: This service is provided via Instagram. If the service becomes wholly or partly unavailable due to Instagram policy changes, account restrictions, or force majeure, we will notify you by email or other feasible means and handle any unprovided portion pro rata per the Refund Policy.

DMCA Copyright Notice & Takedown Procedure

Reelish respects copyright law. If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe content on Reelish infringes your copyright, please follow this takedown procedure:

Your notice must include:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email
• Specific location of the infringing content (URL, e.g., https://reelish-production.up.railway.app/practice/{id})
• Identification of the original copyrighted work (e.g., original Instagram link, creator account)
• Statement that you have the legal right to file the notice
• Your signature (electronic acceptable)

Response timeline: We will respond within 48 hours of receipt and take down validated content within 24 hours of confirmation.

Reelish reserves the right to block accounts that engage in repeat infringement.

User Content — Authorization & Responsibility

By submitting video links or content to Reelish, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to submit and process the content, or the content is publicly accessible
• Your use complies with the terms of service of the original content platform (e.g. Instagram, YouTube)
• Reelish operates as a technical tool providing language learning assistance; you bear full responsibility for the legality of content you submit
• If submitted content involves copyright infringement or other unlawful activity, all legal liability rests solely with you — Reelish assumes no joint liability

Audio transcription performed by Reelish constitutes a transient technical reproduction for processing purposes only and is automatically deleted upon completion.

Third-Party Platform Compliance

Reelish operates through Meta's official Messaging API. By using this service, you also agree to comply with:

• Instagram Terms of Use
• The terms of service of any platform from which you submit video content (e.g. YouTube, TikTok)

Reelish does not encourage or facilitate any violation of third-party platform terms.

AI-Generated Content

Reelish uses AI to automatically generate subtitle translations, vocabulary analysis, and practice exercises. This content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Do not rely solely on Reelish-generated content as your only learning resource — we recommend supplementing with other references.

Copyright & Content Ownership

Original video content remains the property of its creators — Reelish claims no ownership. AI-generated learning materials (translations, vocabulary, exercises) are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.

Disclaimer

• The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of learning outcomes or uninterrupted availability
• AI translations and analyses are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Except for damages caused by Reelish's intent or gross negligence, Reelish's liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service is limited to the subscription fees you have paid for the current period; Reelish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the @reelish.ai Instagram account or reflected in the updated date on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
