適用範圍

本政策適用於 Reelish+ 付費訂閱方案(新台幣 69 元/月)。免費功能不涉及退費。

7 日鑑賞期之排除

Reelish+ 為開通後即時提供之線上服務。您於訂閱時即同意服務立即開通,並依「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」第 2 條第 5 款,本服務屬一經提供即完成之線上服務,不適用 7 日猶豫期間之無條件解除權

取消訂閱

  • 您可隨時於金流平台之訂閱管理頁面自行取消訂閱。
  • 於下次扣款日前取消,即不會再被扣款。
  • 取消後,您已支付之當期服務仍可使用至該期間結束,當期費用不另退還。

服務中斷之退費

本服務透過 Instagram 平台提供。若因 Instagram 政策變動、帳號限制、不可抗力或可歸責於本服務之事由,致服務於您已付費期間內全部無法提供,本服務將就當期尚未提供之部分按比例退還費用。

賠償上限

除因本服務之故意或重大過失所致者外,本服務之賠償責任以您當期已支付之訂閱費用為上限,並不就間接、附隨或衍生性損失負責。

退費方式與申請

如需申請退費,請透過 Instagram 私訊 @reelish.ai 或寄信至 reelish.ai@gmail.com,並附上您的訂閱 Email 或交易編號。退費將以原付款管道辦理,作業時間約 7–14 個工作天。

Scope

This policy applies to the Reelish+ paid subscription (NT$69/month). Free features do not involve refunds.

Exclusion of the 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

Reelish+ is an online service provided immediately upon activation. By subscribing you agree to immediate activation. Under Article 2(5) of Taiwan's "Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Consumer's Right of Rescission in Distance Sales," this service is completed upon provision and is not subject to the 7-day unconditional right of rescission.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel anytime via the payment provider's subscription management page.
  • Cancel before the next billing date and you will not be charged again.
  • After cancellation, the current paid period remains usable until it ends; the current period's fee is not refunded.

Refund for Service Interruption

This service is provided via Instagram. If the service becomes entirely unavailable during your paid period due to Instagram policy changes, account restrictions, force majeure, or causes attributable to Reelish, we will refund the unprovided portion of the current period on a pro-rata basis.

Limitation of Liability

Except for damages caused by Reelish's intent or gross negligence, Reelish's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid for the current period, and Reelish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, message @reelish.ai on Instagram or email reelish.ai@gmail.com with your subscription email or transaction ID. Refunds are processed via the original payment channel within approximately 7–14 business days.
